Challenge the best and brightest to consider being trained for a life of Christ-honoring service.  Ask your mission teams to make one of the most important investments in their entire budgets...financially supporting future Timothies.  Academic excellence in an atmosphere of faith is a reality on our Christian college campuses.  If the Lord has prompted you to pray for a specific young leader in the making, bring these future "Joshuas and Esthers" for a campus visit. 

Write a letter of encouragement to those in training.  Surprise a minister in the making with a "Care Package" to let them know how important their preparation is to the future of a church or mission field.
